Greetings Adventurers, 

We want to inform you of the situation regarding the issue where the 10% Discount Coupon, included in the [Event] All-in-One Premium Pack that was added to the Pearl Shop (F3) after the maintenance on 2019/07/24 (Wed), could not be used. 

After determining the root cause, we fixed this issue approximately at 7/25 11:40 (GMT+3), and the packs purchased after this fix will have normally functioning 10% Discount Coupons.

Additionally, we will implement the following for any Adventurers that possess the non-functioning coupon.  

Re-send the 10% Discount Coupon

For any Adventurers that purchased the pack before this issue was fixed, we will be sending them a normally functioning discount coupon to their in-game mail (B) today.

Please note that this mail will expire on 2019/08/14 (Wed) before maintenance. 

If the 10% Discount Coupon is not deleted from your inventory and still in your possession until the 7/31 maintenance, please be aware that the discount coupon will be withdrawn.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will work harder to provide a more stable service.
