■ The Launcher stops at 1% and doesn’t run.

- Although the patch seems to have stopped running in the launcher, it may not have actually stopped. This may be affected by the user's PC specifications or the speed of the Internet, so if it is excessively slow, the patch may appear to have stopped. In this case, we recommend that you wait it out a bit. If it’s still at 1% after a long period of time, it might be another problem so please contact Customer Support so that we can help you accordingly (When you send a ticket to Customer Support, please send us the update log so that we can guide you faster).

■ My game won’t patch.  

- If you can’t patch the game, please follow the steps below. If the problem continues, send us a ticket through Customer Support.

1. Delete patcher_version & patcher_files version files

2. Reset the modem

3. Make sure that your Antivirus program allows the game to run

■ I want to change my email address and the family name that I reserved when I pre-ordered the game. 

- Unfortunately, you can’t change your personal information and family name.

■ I got my secondary password wrong. How can I reset it?

- You can change your password on My Page > Change Password menu

■ What does ‘Set Character Name’ do?

- You can reserve a family name with the Legendary & Prime Package (Until December 5). You can also use it as your nickname on the website.  

■ When does the OBT start?

- Early Access Phase 1 starts on November 29, and the Official Launch will be on December 6.

■ When can I start using the Guest Pass?

- You can use the Guest Pass when the game officially launches on December 6.

■ I bought a package with my credit card but I didn’t get it.

- First, please check with the Payment Gateway Company that you used. If the problem is not resolved, please send us a ticket through Customer Service. 

■ I can’t move my item from my Web Storage to the game.

- You can send the item from your Web Storage to the game after you create a character.

First, please create a character after the Early Access has started. Then, move the item from your Web Storage to the game.
