This is The MMORPG, Black Desert.  

The Black Desert Operation Team is always working to create the best game environment for our Adventurers.

In order to create this cleaner and fairer game environment expected by our Adventurers, we are preparing and reviewing several options that will be carefully deployed once ready.

Recently, there are more Adventurers that are using abnormal methods to play Black Desert. As we informed you on March 4th (Mon), we have decided to impose stronger punishments for first-time violations of the Operational Policy.

Violators who were punished the following day received this stronger silver fine.

The following additional measures have been taken during our recent scheduled maintenance on 03/06 (Wed) to fundamentally resolve these problems.

Measure Details:

1. Auto-shutdown for clients detected playing the game abnormally.

  • The client auto-shutdown system implemented on 01/30 has been improved with this scheduled maintenance.

2. Temporary suspension of Guest Pass Coupons

  • There have been a growing number of Adventurers abusing the Guest Pass Coupon to abnormally play Black Desert. We have temporarily suspended the feature with this scheduled maintenance.  

  • We will provide a further notice for when the Guest Pass will be re-enabled in the future.

We will continue to take the proper action needed for a safer and fairer Black Desert.
