Notices Feb 13, 2019, 00:00 (UTC+3) Notice of Compensation for Unreceived Challenge Rewards

Hello Adventurers!



This notice is in regard to the issue where some Challenge Rewards were not received.





As stated in the Known Issue for 02/08, there was a problem where some Challenge Rewards were not being received for joining the Shadow Arena.



Our investigations has confirmed that the playtime of Adventurers in Shadow Arena was being improperly recorded. The issue has been fixed during today’s scheduled maintenance, and playtime is now properly recorded.





We have prepared the following compensation for the inconveniences our Adventurers experienced caused by the above issue.
