- The EXP benefits will not apply to characters below level 30.

- The EXP benefits will not apply to EXP types other than Combat and Skill.

- The EXP benefits will apply separately from scrolls, potions, Value Packages, but does not stack with buffs from other sources.

- The event period may be adjusted depending on circumstance.
