•  Please enter the information listed below to Customer Support via [Official Homepage > Support > Customer Support] with its category set as ‘Arsha Streamer’.

※ Players participating in the tournament cannot apply to stream.

※ There are no restrictions on which streaming site you can broadcast on. If you

stream through Twitch, your stream will also appear on ‘Black Desert TV’. This will

allow in-game users to watch your stream.

• Pearl Abyss reserves the rights to change the event period, content or cancel the event depending on circumstance.


• You will be removed from the selection process if you used unapproved methods to try to gain an unfair advantage in the event.


• If the Streamer has an inappropriate in-game name, they will be removed from the selection process.


• The selected streamers will be announced at a later date.


• Streamer Rewards will only be sent to the selected streamers.


• Streamer Rewards will be sent after confirming the stream was completed, to the in-game mailbox of the account used to apply for this event.


• Event prizes can only be received once per family and cannot be sent multiple times.


• Items rewarded from events may have different bound settings (family or character) and cannot be transferred or restored even if accidentally collected/deleted.

• Violating the contents of the Terms of Service will result in your removal from the selection process and may result in a restriction from the game. You can also lose your rights to stream if you were previously selected to participate.


• Streamers will lose their rights to stream, excluded from rewards, and may result in a restriction from the game if they do any of the following:

• Disrupt the event or cause inconveniences or damage to other players


• Show bias towards particular teams during the stream


• Cause another person in/outside the game to feel sexual harassment, disgust, displeasure or the like.


• Mention specific user accounts, game assets, game currency, and others are for sale, and all contents not allowed by Pearl Abyss.


• Do anything that can be linked to crime or criminal actions.


• Advertise for profit.


• Disrupt the operation of the game or game services.


• Mention topics relating to politics, religion, sex, violence, and others that go against social norms and customs.


• Mention contents in Black Desert that are not confirmed or negatively portray Black Desert, cause confusion, or other direct/indirect inconveniences to Pearl Abyss or other players.


• Stream contents that do not match the topic or purpose of the stream.


• Do anything that violates other laws or regulations.


• Stream contents that are inappropriate, unacceptable, actions that go against social norms, or display abnormal behaviors.

• Contents not listed on this page follows the [Black Desert Event Rules]

  * Streamers can broadcast using the Observer Mode.

    - You can watch from each Adventurers’ perspective that are participating in the event by pressing ‘F5’ once you are an invitee.  

    - Press ‘F5’ again to switch to different Adventurers’ perspectives.

    - Press ‘F6’ to exist Observer Mode.

  * The item ‘[Invitation] Arena of Arsha’ will be sent to the in-game mailbox of selected streamers.

  * Streamers that have applied to stream the finals and their official Twitch channels will be announced in a separate notice.

  * You will be restricted from game service if found to have inconvenienced a participating player, disrupted the events, or inconvenienced other players playing the game.
